The goal of RUN-DLJ Telecom Inc. is to give decommissioned telecom equipment a second life. We refurbish and re-sell many major brands of telecom equipment and peripheral devices; such as computers, monitors, voicemails, headsets, paging, recording devices, call accounting systems, and more. RUN-DLJ Telecom Inc. takes green technology recycling seriously. Our waste minimization and recycling program diverts thousands of pounds of electronic and communications equipment from landfills each year. Working with pre-owned equipment providers is a winning strategy. Reconsidering pre-owned networking equipment, deploying alternative maintenance solutions and leveraging IT asset recovery programs are just a few strategies you can implement to gain value-added services at a significantly reduced cost. Repairs & Refurbishing
Whether you’re starting a company, expanding your operation or just trying to keep your communications equipment working smoothly, you need a flexible, alternative supplier who has what you need. We have it all, over forty name brands, unused and refurbished, from handsets to line cards to complete systems. And we not only have it, we have it at up to 60% off manufacturer list prices. With our vast inventory and late day shipping,  we are always able to get you quality products at competitive prices, when you need them. RUN-DLJ Telecom keeps an extensive inventory of unused and refurbished material in stock at all times. All of our “out of service” equipment goes through a thorough visual inspection, testing procedure, and refurbishing process. We are proud to say that both our unused and “like new” equipment carries the same one year advance replacement warranty. All equipment goes through the following refurbishment process:

1. Check the condition. All equipment is first subjected to a strict physical inspection to determine the extent of damage and to decide if we can bring it up to RUN-DLJ Telecom standards.

2. Make it work. Equipment is tested to ensure that it works properly. If not, it is inspected down to the board circuitry to correct any problems and get it up and running.

3. Clean it up. Equipment is cleaned up and given a new housing (when necessary).

4. Add the extras. Each refurbished phone comes complete with a new handset, handset cord, line cord and literature packet.

5. Box it up. Each refurbished item is placed in a new plain box. The only labeling on the box shows the items model number, sku and description. There are no RUN-DLJ Telecom markings anywhere on either the product or box.

6. Repeat. Any product that has been on the shelf for a long period of time is rechecked prior to shipping to ensure it works properly.

Returns and Replacements
Returns Program:
Occasionally products need to be returned. At Run-DLJ Telecom we know and understand that the time spent returning products can be an inconvenience. In an effort to better serve you, we have created a very straight forward and transparent returns policy so that returning a product to Run-DLJ is as simple and easy as possible.

Non-Defective Return
Each shipment must be checked for completeness and damages. Problems with products must be reported within 7 days of the ship date. After this 7-day period, . All non-defective returns within 90 days of ship date are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We offer no refunds, credits or exchanges after the 90-day period. All equipment remains the property of Run-DLJ Telecom until paid in full.

Out-of-Box Failure
If the product is defective on arrival (DOA), the customer is entitled to an immediate return. Please call Run-DLJ at 1-866-664-4242 or complete our online RMA form to receive your return instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our location. Run-DLJ will ship out the replacement product at no additional charge. If the product returned is deemed to be working, Run-DLJ will charge the customer a $20.00 CDN testing fee.

In-Warranty Return
If the product has stopped working and it is within the warranty date from the ship date, the customer is eligible for an in-warranty return. Please call Run-DLJ at 1-866-664-4242 or complete our online RMA form to receive your return instructions . You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our location. Run-DLJ will ship out the replacement product at no additional charge. If the product returned is deemed to be working, Run-DLJ will charge the customer a $20.00 CDN testing fee.

Out-of-Warranty Return
If the product has stopped working and it has exceeded the Run-DLJ warranty date, the customer may request that the product be repaired for a fee. Please call Run-DLJ at 1-866-664-4242 for a Repair Authorization # and to receive your return instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our location. Run-DLJ will ship out the repaired product at no additional shipping charge.

Wrongfully Purchased Return
If you have purchased the wrong product and wish to return it, you must do it within 30 days. It must be Un-Opened, Un-used, No Broken Seals, Un-Damaged and New in box with all contents. You will be responsible for the cost of the returned shipping and will be subject to a 10% - 20% re-stocking fee to cover the cost of processing based on the nature of the return. (Note: If we were responsible for expediting the wrong product, you will be eligible for a return and full refund with no restocking fee.) Return Instructions:
Please ensure that your return arrives in the best possible condition, so that you are not subjected to additional charges. Please remember the following: products must be returned double boxed (retail box inside shipping box) with the assigned RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Do not write on or apply shipping stickers to the original manufacturer's or retail box.

Do not use the original manufacturer's box as the shipping box.

Returns with writing on the original box will be refused or returned at the customer's expense.

RMA Expiration
Once an RMA is approved, the product must be received within 10 days. Returns received after 10 days will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Equipment BuyBack Program
RUN-DLJ Telecom equipment Buy-Back Program. We can buy back your used, excess and even defective Telephone equipment.

We pay top dollar for your excess inventory, or we can also issue a credit towards future purchases. Even better, if you are ready to buy a new telephone system, you can trade in your old equipment and use the value towards your new purchase.

You can have your unwanted equipment work for you. Have us bid on your equipment and we can provide means for de-installation and pickup. At your request RUN-DLJ TELECOM can arrange for a complete removal, packaging and shipping of your system from anywhere in North America.
