• Voice mail systems, carriers, circuit packs, line/stations modules, and processors are guaranteed to be like-new, completely tested and defaulted to factory specifications
• Wired headsets are guaranteed to be like-new, completely tested with new ear pads and microphone interface components
• Wireless headsets are guaranteed to be like-new, completely tested with new ear pads and microphone interface components. We also include new batteries.

How do I find a product I am looking for?
RUN-DLJ Telecom offers many different ways to find what you are looking for; here are some suggestions on how to use our website to find what you want.
• By Manufacturer: If you know the manufacturer of product you are looking for, the best place to begin is the menu listing in the RUN-DLJ Telecom Store. This displays all of the brands we carry, and you can narrow down your search within any brand you choose.
• BY Category: Choose the category you are interested in, then if you wish you may select the manufacturer.
• By Name: If you know the name of the product you're looking for ("Norstar" or M7208"), simply use the SEARCH box at the top of the page, it's very convenient for finding specific products. Type the information into the box and hit “enter” or click the “search” tab.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Order confirmations will be emailed to the RUN-DLJ Telecom account holder. Shipping costs will be added to the order and once the order is shipped, an email with the UPS tracking information will be provided (we currently ship Monday through Friday only).
I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it?
If you forgot your password at the sign-on page, you can click on the FORGOT PASSWORD link at the top of the page.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Unless Net terms have been established with RUN-DLJ Telecom previously, all payments are to be paid via credit card when placing an order. Credit cards will not be processed on-line. RUN-DLJ will call to confirm before processing a credit card. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders for web orders.
What if I can't find the part I need?
There are some items not listed on the website. If you have questions regarding products not on the website please contact a RUN-DLJ Telecom Customer Service Representative toll free at 1-866-664-4242 for stock availability. Alternatively, you may contact the appropriate department via email located on the "CONTACT US" page of the website.
What if my item is defective?
Refer to the Return Policy listed in the Customer Service section of the Website.
When will my order ship?
Most orders (for in stock items) placed before 2:00 p.m. EST (Monday through Friday) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 EST may be shipped the following day. In the event that there will be a delay in shipment a customer service representative will notify you.
